Marketplace positions
BidRank positions depend on valid active bids. Higher bid amounts receive higher positions; equal amounts are ordered by earliest confirmed bid. Another business may later bid higher, so positions can change during a placement period.
What payment purchases
A payment purchases placement within the BidRank.site marketplace for the defined period. It does not purchase or guarantee rankings on Google, Bing, AI search products, or any other external platform.
Authorization and accuracy
Submitters must be authorized to represent the business and must provide lawful, accurate, non-misleading details. Fake reviews, ratings, awards, and unsupported claims are prohibited.
Moderation
BidRank may disable spam, fraudulent, dangerous, unlawful, or misleading listings; block abusive domains or email addresses; and revoke placements where necessary. Refund decisions are handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Renewal and expiry
V1 placements do not automatically renew or charge cards. Expired bids stop receiving paid ranking unless renewed.
Management links
The secure management URL acts as proof of control. Submitters are responsible for keeping it private and requesting a replacement if it is exposed.
